    Welcome to The Budgetarian Bride. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thebudgetarianbride.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

    1. About Us

    The Budgetarian Bride (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the trade name of Budgetarian Bride Online Tutorial Services, a sole proprietorship located in Pasig City, Philippines, and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) under Jeffry Joffer Fornela.     2. Our Products

    We sell digital products — primarily eBooks — that are delivered electronically as downloadable files (such as PDFs). Our products are intended for your personal use and are provided for informational and educational purposes. The description, inclusions, and price of each product are shown on its product page. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but minor variations in presentation may occur.

    3. Prices and Payment

    All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through GCash, Maya, and card payments, as indicated at checkout. For GCash and Maya, payment is made manually and is verified by us before your product is released. We reserve the right to change our prices, promotions, and discount codes at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.

    4. Order Processing and Delivery

    After you place an order and complete payment, we deliver your product by emailing a secure download link to the email address you provide at checkout. For manual GCash or Maya payments, delivery follows our verification of your payment, which we aim to complete within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, correctly spelled email address; we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address supplied by you.

    Download links may be subject to download-count or time limits for security. You retain lifetime access to any product you have purchased — if your link expires before you have saved your copy, simply email us and we will gladly send you a fresh one.

    5. Refund and Returns Policy

    Because our products are digital and are considered used and consumed as soon as the download link is accessed, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

    We do, however, stand behind every product we sell. If you experience a genuine problem — for example, you did not receive your download link, the file is corrupted or will not open, or the product is materially different from what was described — please email us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, and we will make it right, typically by resending or replacing the file, or by issuing a refund where a replacement is not possible. This policy does not take away any rights you are entitled to under Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines) and other applicable laws.

    6. Intellectual Property and License to Use

    All content on the Site and all products we sell — including text, layout, graphics, templates, and design — are the property of Budgetarian Bride Online Tutorial Services and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. “The Budgetarian Bride” is a trademark registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), and our eBooks are registered for copyright. When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

    For your awareness, each copy of our products may be digitally watermarked with the purchasing customer’s details. This means any shared or leaked copy can be traced back to the original buyer.

    7. Prohibited Use

    You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

    • resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lend our products;
    • copy, reproduce, or share the files with any other person;
    • post or upload our products to any website, file-sharing service, or public platform;
    • use our content to create a competing or derivative product; or
    • remove or alter any watermark, copyright notice, or branding.

    8. Disclaimer

    Our eBooks provide general wedding-planning information, guidance, and templates. They are provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Every wedding and situation is different, and we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the content of our products.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Budgetarian Bride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

    10. Privacy

    Payments are processed through third-party providers such as GCash, Maya, and our card-payment provider. We do not store your full payment details. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

    13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasig City, Philippines.
